The UNC Institute for Healthcare Quality Improvement (IHQI) catalyzes healthcare improvement, spread and culture change by developing and mentoring clinical improvement leaders. IHQI hosts an annual Improvement Scholars Symposium, where clinical leaders share the results of their quality improvement projects. In 2018, posters became part of the symposium presentations.
